Curbside Pickup is available Thurs & Fri from 3-7pm, Sat from 11-5pm & Sun 12-5pm.
All orders must be processed and paid for before you arrive.
How long will it take for my in store pickup order to be ready?
We are pretty much caught up on orders and any in store pickups placed before 2pm on days we are open should receive a same day confirmation.
You will receive a "Next Steps" automatic confirmation from us to let you know your order was received and then a separate email that your order is ready for pickup.
Please call or stop by if you did not receive a pickup email. With the amount of online orders, the gmail server glitch and notices ending up in spam, your order is probably here waiting for you :)
How long will you hold my order?
Due to the limited space in the store, once your order has arrived and you have been notified via email that your last title is available for pick-up, we can only keep the order in the store for curbside pickup for one month. Please let us know if you need us to extend this deadline. Orders will then be moved to an offsite area.
Please give us a heads up if you are picking up an order stored offsite as it could take us a few days to move it back to the store.
The delays we are seeing with Canada Post are about 5 - 7 days right now. We ship twice a week and will send tracking via email once our deliveries have been picked up by the Post.
Local Delivery via Send-It Courier/OnRoads Delivery
When placing an online order choose the local delivery option and write any information our courier will need to know in the instructions field - ie. leave in mailbox; leave on front porch; place behind rose bush on the left by the gnome, etc.
Current turn-around time on in-stock local delivery orders is 1-2 business days.
